Can I use services without a membership?
Yes. Non-members can submit a general service request and we’ll connect you with our network as availability allows. Members, however, receive priority scheduling, concierge coordination, and preferred pricing.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts. Memberships are billed monthly, with a three-month initial commitment so we can establish your home’s baseline and deliver meaningful value. After that, you can adjust or cancel with notice.
Do you handle emergencies?
We are not a 911 or emergency service, but we will always do our best to fast-track urgent requests for members and connect you with the right emergency resources when necessary.
