HOME HERO MANAGEMENT ("Home Hero," "we," "us," or "our") is a veteran-owned mobile trade services marketplace and workforce development platform headquartered in Shreveport, Louisiana. We operate the website joinhomehero.com and related digital platforms, mobile applications, and communication systems.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share information about customers, contractors, apprentices, and employer partners who interact with our platform, website, and communications.
By using our services, submitting information through our forms, or opting into our communications, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect information through the following methods and interactions.
Service Request Forms When you submit a service request through joinhomehero.com or any Home Hero form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle information including year, make, model, and vehicle identification number, description of the service needed, and any additional information you provide in the form fields.
Contractor and Apprentice Applications When you apply to join the Home Hero contractor network or apprenticeship program, we collect your name, phone number, email address, trade experience, certifications and licenses held, insurance information, background check consent and results, bank account information for payment processing, and service area preferences.
Employer Partner Applications When you apply to become a Home Hero employer partner, we collect your business name, contact information, trade license number and type, license expiration date, insurance documentation, and service area information.
Booking and Scheduling Interactions When you schedule a service through our platform, we collect appointment details, location information, service history, and communication records between you and our dispatchers or AI systems.
Payment Transactions When you make or receive payments through our platform, we collect payment method information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
Phone and SMS Interactions When you call or text our business number or respond to our SMS communications, we collect your phone number, the content of your messages, and call records for quality and training purposes.
Website and Platform Usage When you visit joinhomehero.com or use our digital platform, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring website information through standard web analytics tools.
HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for the following business operations and communications purposes.
Service Delivery We use your information to match customers with qualified contractors, dispatch service professionals to your location, confirm and manage appointments, process payments, and deliver the services you requested.
Contractor and Apprentice Management We use contractor and apprentice information to verify credentials and insurance, manage job assignments, track on-the-job training hours, process weekly payouts, and administer apprenticeship program requirements including DOL RAPIDS reporting.
Business Communications We use your contact information to send appointment confirmations, service status updates, payment receipts, review requests following completed services, and responses to your inquiries.
Platform Operations We use collected data to operate, maintain, and improve our technology platform, dispatching systems, automated workflows, and customer experience.
Safety and Compliance We use collected information to conduct background checks on contractors, verify insurance and licensing credentials, investigate safety concerns or complaints, and comply with applicable federal and state laws including DOL apprenticeship program requirements.
Marketing and Promotional Communications With your consent, we may use your contact information to send information about new services, membership programs, promotions, and platform updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
SMS COMMUNICATIONS AND OPT-IN DETAILS
HOME HERO MANAGEMENT sends SMS text messages to customers, contractors, apprentices, and employer partners who have provided their phone number and consented to receive text communications.
How You Opt In You opt in to receive SMS communications from HOME HERO MANAGEMENT by checking the consent checkbox on our service request form, contractor application, apprentice enrollment form, or employer partner application. Consent checkboxes are always optional and are never pre-checked. You may submit any form without checking either consent box.
Types of Messages We Send We send the following categories of SMS messages.
Non-marketing messages — appointment confirmations and reminders, mechanic and contractor assignment notifications with name and estimated arrival time, service status updates as jobs progress, payment confirmation receipts, invoice delivery, OJT hour logging reminders for apprentices, master contractor hour confirmation requests, platform status notifications, and account-related alerts.
Marketing messages — information about new service lines, promotional offers, membership deals, seasonal discounts, and platform updates sent only to contacts who have consented to marketing communications.
Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on your activity on the platform. Customers may receive one to five messages per service interaction. Contractors and apprentices actively using the platform may receive daily messages related to job assignments and hour tracking. Marketing messages are sent no more than four times per month.
Message and Data Rates Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. HOME HERO MANAGEMENT is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
How to Opt Out You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. To opt back in reply START or contact us at [email protected].

SMS Data Sharing Policy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
HOME HERO MANAGEMENT collects SMS opt-in consent solely to communicate with the individual who provided that consent. Opt-in data is never sold, rented, or shared with any outside organization for their own marketing use.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
LIMITED SHARING WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS
HOME HERO MANAGEMENT does not sell your personal information to third parties or any party.. We do not share or sell leads' information with or to any other party.
We share information only in the following limited circumstances.
With Contractors and Employer Partners When a service is assigned, we share the customer's name, service address, vehicle information, and service description with the assigned contractor. We share only what is necessary for the contractor to perform the requested service.
With Service Providers We share information with third-party subcontractors who assist us in operating our platform in support service capacities. These include Stripe for payment processing, GoHighLevel for CRM and communication management, and background check providers for contractor verification. All service providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
With DOL and Regulatory Bodies For apprenticeship program participants, we report required information to the U.S. Department of Labor through the RAPIDS system as required by our National Registered Apprenticeship Program registration.
For Legal Compliance We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Home Hero, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify affected users before information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
DATA SECURITY PRACTICES AND PROTECTION MEASURES
HOME HERO MANAGEMENT takes the security of your personal information seriously and implements the following measures to protect it.
Encryption All data transmitted between your device and our platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption. Payment information is processed through Stripe which maintains PCI-DSS Level 1 certification — the highest level of payment security certification available.
Access Controls Access to personal information within our platform is restricted to authorized personnel who require it to perform their job functions. All team members with data access are subject to confidentiality obligations.
Platform Security Our platform is hosted on GoHighLevel which maintains enterprise-grade security infrastructure including regular security audits, intrusion detection, and redundant data backup systems.
Password Protection Contractor and apprentice accounts are protected by passwords. We recommend using strong unique passwords and not sharing account credentials. We will never ask for your password via SMS or email.
Data Retention We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Contractor OJT records are retained for a minimum of five years following program completion as required by DOL apprenticeship regulations. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us as described in Section 9, subject to our legal retention obligations.
Incident Response In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable state and federal law, including Louisiana data breach notification requirements.
Limitations While we implement these security measures, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

California Residents If you are a California resident you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to know whether personal information is sold or disclosed, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent we will delete that information promptly.
