HOME HERO MANAGEMENT

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HOME HERO MANAGEMENT, a Louisiana limited liability company headquartered in Shreveport, Louisiana.

By accessing or using our website at joinhomehero.com, our mobile applications, our digital learning platform, our OJT tracking system, or any other service we operate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms you may not use our platform or services.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform including customers requesting trade services, independent contractor trade professionals, apprentices enrolled in platform programs, and employer partners participating in the OJT marketplace.


DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

HOME HERO MANAGEMENT operates the following service lines under these Terms.

The Home Hero Marketplace A technology-enabled dispatch platform connecting customers with independent 1099 trade contractors for mobile automotive, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and detailing services performed at the customer's location. Home Hero facilitates the connection between customers and contractors but does not itself perform trade services.

The OJT Apprenticeship Platform A digital platform providing apprentices with AI-delivered related technical instruction curriculum, on-the-job training hour tracking and verification technology, competency checkpoint documentation, and exam preparation resources in connection with the Home Hero Institute Inc. National Registered Apprenticeship Program. The apprenticeship program itself is administered by Home Hero Institute Inc. as a separate nonprofit entity. The platform fee charged by HOME HERO MANAGEMENT is a separate commercial technology service fee.

Contractor Business Subscriptions Tiered monthly subscription plans providing independent trade contractors with business management tools including a GoHighLevel sub-account pre-loaded with booking, invoicing, dispatch, and customer communication automation, access to the Home Hero job pipeline, OJT documentation tracking, and trade-specific training resources through the Skool community platform.

Home Hero House Membership Monthly membership plans for residential customers and fleet operators providing priority dispatch, labor discounts, scheduled maintenance services, and related member benefits as described at joinhomehero.com at the time of enrollment.

Employer Partner Program Monthly subscription plans for licensed master contractors and trade businesses providing access to the apprentice matching network, OJT compliance management services, RAPIDS reporting administration, and platform tools for managing apprentice rosters and hour verification.


ELIGIBILITY

To use the Home Hero platform you must meet the following requirements.

You must be at least 18 years of age.

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States if you are applying as a contractor or apprentice.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or submitting any application or form.

You must maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly when it changes.

Contractors must hold all licenses, certifications, and insurance required by applicable federal, state, and local law for the trade services they offer through the platform.


ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

Account Creation To access most features of the platform you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised notify us immediately at [email protected].

Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, failure to maintain required credentials, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, contractors, customers, or the platform.


4A. SMS COMMUNICATIONS TERMS

HOME HERO MANAGEMENT sends SMS text messages to customers, contractors, apprentices, and employer partners who have opted in to receive communications from us. By opting in you agree to the following terms governing our SMS communications.

Message Types When you opt in to SMS communications from HOME HERO MANAGEMENT you can expect to receive the following types of messages — appointment confirmations and reminders, contractor assignment notifications, service status updates, payment confirmations, OJT hour logging reminders, master contractor hour confirmation requests, review requests following completed services, membership and program updates, and marketing messages about our services and promotions if you have consented to marketing communications.

How to Cancel — STOP You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to [1.318.924.4107]. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

How to Get Help — HELP If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Carrier Liability Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive between one and five messages per service interaction. Recurring subscribers and active platform users may receive daily messages. Marketing messages are sent no more than four times per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

THE HOME HERO MARKETPLACE — CUSTOMER TERMS

Independent Contractor Relationship All trade service professionals who perform services booked through the Home Hero platform are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of HOME HERO MANAGEMENT. HOME HERO MANAGEMENT does not employ trade professionals and does not perform trade services.

Service Booking When you submit a service request through the platform you are requesting that Home Hero connect you with an available independent contractor in your area. Home Hero does not guarantee the availability of contractors for any specific time or location.

Diagnostic Fee A non-refundable diagnostic fee of $95 is charged at the time of booking for automotive service requests. This fee is credited toward the cost of same-day repair if you authorize the repair following diagnosis. If you decline the repair the diagnostic fee is retained as compensation for the contractor's time and travel.

Flat Rate Pricing Home Hero uses flat rate pricing for all services. The price you are quoted for a service is the price you pay for labor regardless of how long the job takes. Parts, materials, and fluids are priced separately and disclosed before installation.

Payment Payment for services is processed through Stripe at the time of service completion. By booking a service you authorize Home Hero to charge your payment method for the agreed service price.

Labor Warranty Home Hero warrants all labor performed through the platform for 30 days from the date of service. If a covered issue reoccurs within 30 days due to a defect in the labor performed Home Hero will arrange for the contractor to correct the issue at no additional labor charge. This warranty covers labor only. To make a warranty claim contact [email protected] within 30 days of the original service date.

Parts and Materials Parts and materials used in services are sourced and priced by the independent contractor. Home Hero does not warrant parts or materials. The contractor will disclose parts pricing before installation and installation will not proceed without your authorization.

Customer Conduct You agree to treat all contractors who arrive at your location with respect and professionalism. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward contractors will result in immediate termination of service and suspension of your account.


THE HOME HERO MARKETPLACE — CONTRACTOR TERMS

Independent Contractor Status By joining the Home Hero contractor network you acknowledge and agree that you are an independent contractor and not an employee of HOME HERO MANAGEMENT. You are responsible for all taxes on income earned through the platform. Home Hero will issue IRS Form 1099 to contractors who earn $600 or more through the platform in a calendar year.

Commission Structure HOME HERO MANAGEMENT retains 30 percent of all labor charges on jobs completed through the platform. You retain 70 percent of all labor charges. You retain 100 percent of any parts markup and 100 percent of any tips received from customers. Payouts are processed every Friday by direct deposit.

Credential Requirements You represent and warrant that you hold all licenses, certifications, and insurance required by applicable federal, state, and local law for every service you perform through the platform. You agree to maintain these credentials in good standing and to notify Home Hero immediately if any credential expires, is suspended, or is revoked.

Insurance Requirements You must maintain general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence. You must provide a current certificate of insurance to Home Hero upon enrollment and upon renewal.

Job Acceptance and Performance You agree to arrive at scheduled appointments on time, perform services with professional workmanship, communicate professionally with customers, and complete required job documentation including photos and invoices through the Lead Connector platform application.

Non-Solicitation You agree not to solicit customers you meet through the Home Hero platform for services outside the platform for a period of 12 months following your last job assignment through the platform.

Platform Tools Tier 1 and Tier 2 subscribers receive access to a GoHighLevel sub-account pre-loaded with the Home Hero business snapshot. This sub-account is licensed to you for use during your active subscription. Upon cancellation access to the sub-account is suspended. Data within the sub-account remains available for export for 30 days following cancellation.


CONTRACTOR BUSINESS SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription Tiers HOME HERO MANAGEMENT offers the following contractor subscription plans.

Tier 1 — $97 per month for the GoHighLevel business sub-account plus $15 per month for Skool community access totaling $112 per month. Includes job pipeline access on the 70/30 commission structure and OJT documentation tracking.

Tier 2 — Free for students enrolled at verified Home Hero Institute partner educational institutions for the duration of their enrollment. Converts automatically to Tier 1 pricing upon graduation or disenrollment.

Tier 3 — $247 per month. Available to contractors who have completed ASE certification or equivalent trade certification. Includes an upgraded GoHighLevel account with full branding, own website, advanced automation, and removal from the 70/30 commission structure.

Billing Subscription fees are billed monthly on the anniversary of your enrollment date. You authorize HOME HERO MANAGEMENT to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected] or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Price Changes HOME HERO MANAGEMENT reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.


HOME HERO HOUSE MEMBERSHIP

Membership Plans HOME HERO MANAGEMENT offers the following residential and fleet membership plans.

Residential — $34.99 per month. Includes 15 percent discount on all labor, priority dispatch, two quarterly vehicle health checks per year, and one free monthly battery test and fluid top-off.

Fleet Starter — $149 per month for fleets of 2 to 3 vehicles.

Fleet Growth — $249 per month for fleets of 4 to 6 vehicles.

Fleet Pro — $399 per month for fleets of 7 to 10 vehicles.

Membership Billing and Cancellation Membership fees are billed monthly on the anniversary of enrollment. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Member benefits are not transferable.

Membership Limitations Membership discounts apply to labor charges only. Parts, materials, and fluids are not discounted. Membership does not guarantee contractor availability.


OJT APPRENTICESHIP PLATFORM

Platform Fee HOME HERO MANAGEMENT charges a platform fee of $25 per month for apprentice access to AI-delivered curriculum, OJT hour tracking technology, competency checkpoint documentation, Skool community access, and exam preparation resources. This fee is a commercial technology service fee and is separate from and not a condition of enrollment in the Home Hero Institute Inc. DOL registered apprenticeship program.

Employer Partner Plans Licensed master contractors who wish to participate as employer partners are offered the following plans.

Standard Plan — $99 per month. Includes access to up to 2 active apprentices, apprentice matching and placement, automated OJT hour tracking, master contractor confirmation dashboard, and RAPIDS reporting administration.

Pro Plan — $450 per month. Includes access to up to 5 active apprentices, all Standard Plan features, a fully built GoHighLevel business management system with mid-tier automations, priority apprentice matching, dedicated account management, and full DOL compliance management.

Hour Logging and Verification Apprentices agree to log OJT hours accurately and honestly through the platform. Submitting false or inflated hour records is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

Master contractors agree to verify apprentice hour submissions accurately and within 48 hours of submission. Verifying hours not actually supervised is a material breach of these Terms.

Platform Records OJT records maintained on the platform are the property of the apprentice. Upon request apprentices may export their complete OJT record at any time during active subscription. Following cancellation OJT records remain available for export for 90 days.

No Guarantee of Licensure HOME HERO MANAGEMENT makes no guarantee that completion of platform curriculum or accumulation of OJT hours will result in journeyman licensure. Licensing requirements vary by state and are determined by the applicable state licensing board.


FEES, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Payment Processing All payments on the platform are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize HOME HERO MANAGEMENT to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

Failed Payments If a payment fails HOME HERO MANAGEMENT will attempt to process the payment again within 3 business days. If the second attempt fails your account will be suspended until payment is received.

Refund Policy Diagnostic fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscription and membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Service fees for completed jobs are non-refundable except as provided under the 30-day labor warranty in Section 5. If you believe you were charged incorrectly contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the platform including text, graphics, logos, course curriculum, video content, software, and technology is the property of HOME HERO MANAGEMENT or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Home Hero content without our express written permission.

By submitting content to the platform including reviews, photos, job documentation, and communications you grant HOME HERO MANAGEMENT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.


PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct on or through the platform.

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information in any form, application, or communication.

Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

Using the platform to facilitate transactions outside the platform in violation of the non-solicitation provisions in these Terms.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or any systems connected to the platform.

Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the platform or servers connected to the platform.

Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the platform without our express written permission.

Submitting false OJT hour records or verifying hours that were not actually supervised.

Performing trade services through the platform without required licenses, certifications, or insurance.

Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward any user, contractor, customer, or HOME HERO MANAGEMENT employee.

Violating any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation in connection with your use of the platform.


ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES

13.1 AI-Powered Features HOME HERO MANAGEMENT uses artificial intelligence technologies across our platform and services. These AI-powered features include our AI customer communication employee Mike who handles inbound customer and contractor inquiries, our AI voice agent Alex who conducts outbound booking calls, our AI-delivered related technical instruction curriculum delivered through the HeyGen platform using an AI avatar, and automated workflow systems that process and respond to user interactions. By using our platform you acknowledge that you may interact with AI systems and that certain content you receive may be AI-generated.

13.2 AI-Generated Content Our platform uses AI to generate communications, curriculum content, course materials, booking confirmations, service updates, and other content delivered to users. If you wish to speak with a human representative at any time you may request this by stating that you want to speak with a person or by contacting us at [email protected].

13.3 Acceptable Use of AI Features You agree not to use our AI technologies to generate or distribute content that violates applicable laws, create deepfakes or misleading synthetic media without proper disclosure, impersonate individuals without their consent, engage in automated spamming or harassment, attempt to manipulate or test the boundaries of AI systems in ways that could cause harm, attempt to extract training data or proprietary information from our AI systems, or use our AI systems to develop competing products or services.

13.4 AI Accuracy and Limitations AI systems are not perfect. Our AI-powered communications and curriculum content are designed to be accurate and helpful but may contain errors or omissions. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for safety-critical decisions. For trade-specific technical information always verify critical safety information against applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and the guidance of your supervising licensed master contractor.

13.5 AI and Human Oversight We are committed to responsible AI use including clear disclosure when content is AI-generated or when you are interacting with AI systems, maintaining human oversight and supervision of our AI systems, regular evaluation and testing of AI systems for bias, safety, and security, providing mechanisms for you to report concerns about AI-generated content at [email protected], and offering options to request human intervention when interacting with AI systems.

13.6 Data Processing by AI Systems When you interact with our AI systems your communications and inputs may be processed to generate replies and improve system performance in accordance with our Privacy Policy at joinhomehero.com/privacy. We do not use your personal conversation data to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

13.7 Changes to AI Technologies Our AI technologies are continuously evolving. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any AI features, change how our AI systems process or use data consistent with our Privacy Policy, introduce new AI capabilities or restrictions, and adjust pricing for AI-powered features as technology and costs evolve. We will notify you of significant changes through updates to these Terms or direct communications.

13.8 Third-Party AI Technologies Some of our AI-powered features incorporate technologies from third-party providers including HeyGen for AI avatar video production and GoHighLevel for AI communication and automation. Your data may be processed according to both our terms and the third-party provider's terms. We have agreements with third-party AI providers to protect your data consistent with our Privacy Policy.

13.9 Reporting AI Concerns If you experience an AI interaction that you believe was inaccurate, harmful, or biased report it to [email protected] with the subject line AI Concern Report. We review all reports and will respond within 5 business days.


DISCLAIMERS

No Employment Relationship Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship between HOME HERO MANAGEMENT and any contractor, apprentice, or user of the platform.

Platform Availability HOME HERO MANAGEMENT does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption.

Service Quality HOME HERO MANAGEMENT facilitates connections between customers and independent contractors but does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of services performed by independent contractors.

Disclaimer of Warranties THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOME HERO MANAGEMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVEN IF HOME HERO MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOME HERO MANAGEMENT'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HOME HERO MANAGEMENT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS.


INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HOME HERO MANAGEMENT, its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses including reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, your performance of trade services through the platform, or any content you submit to the platform.


DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

Informal Resolution Before initiating any formal dispute process you agree to contact HOME HERO MANAGEMENT at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice.

Binding Arbitration If informal resolution is unsuccessful any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Shreveport, Louisiana or by video conference.

Class Action Waiver You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.


GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Subject to the arbitration provisions above any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Caddo Parish, Louisiana.


INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT

If you use the platform as a contractor or employer partner you acknowledge and agree that HOME HERO MANAGEMENT is a technology platform and marketplace operator only. HOME HERO MANAGEMENT does not control the means or methods by which contractors perform trade services. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship between HOME HERO MANAGEMENT and any contractor.


MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

HOME HERO MANAGEMENT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes we will notify active users by email or SMS at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be posted at joinhomehero.com/terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.


SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.


ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms together with our Privacy Policy at joinhomehero.com/privacy constitute the entire agreement between you and HOME HERO MANAGEMENT regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
